I ask -Ajmal amir Kasab who has cost India almost 35 crore for his safety was worth? A physcho who carelessly fired bullets and thrown grenades just for the hack of it was given so importance that such a great amount got spent. If it is seen on a political front yes this beast with his Pakistani support became succesfull of giving terror in people of this side and tension among two Nations of different idiolgy. Trail on him was essential to know the filthy mind who supported him in such a brutal act. Innocent who dont even earn 35,000 rs were killed and murderer was showered with such and amount for security.Now the question which arises is why we give these eliments such time for trial? Taking Saddam Hussain trial it almost frinished before a year and was hanged but here in this case for Death sentence also there is a long que of 52 people. As in he never comitted anything much to police regarding support of Pakistan in this act so it would have been better that he must have been killed there only and rest work of enquiry would have followed same procedure. Now because of some laws he can appeal for mercy and chances that he get then you feed a son of gun for his whole life and again we fall in same loop of fear and insecurity.

Suggestion-The President should not wait in this and considering it a special case jump the que and he should be given a gun shot death sentence on Gateway of India

Well,Kasab has always been one entity worth questioning.
To spend money on his trial and his security seem quite fair to me.
he had roots that went straight to Pakistan,so until he remained alive we couldn't catch the real culprit.Look at the bigger picture Kasab is just a mere pawn.We have to reach the head who has been plotting this.But yes even a death sentence seems small for him.Neways we do live in a civilised societ.
"We can't bite back a dog in return".
